Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist clients with vendor registration and profile creation on the GeM portal
    • Guide product/service listing, catalog management, and pricing strategies• Monitor tenders, bids, and reverse auctions; support bid submissions• Ensure compliance with GeM policies, procurement guidelines, and documentation standards• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with GeM support teams when needed• Train client teams on portal usage, updates, and best practices• Maintain records of transactions, approvals, and bid outcomes• Provide strategic advice to improve visibility and win rates on GeM

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience working with GeM portal or government procurement systems• Strong understanding of public procurement norms and vendor eligibility criteria• Proficiency in MS Office, PDF tools, and online documentation platforms• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
