Role & responsibilities Assist clients with vendor registration and profile creation on the GeM portal • Guide product/service listing, catalog management, and pricing strategies • Monitor tenders, bids, and reverse auctions; support bid submissions • Ensure compliance with GeM policies, procurement guidelines, and documentation standards • Resolve technical issues and coordinate with GeM support teams when needed • Train client teams on portal usage, updates, and best practices • Maintain records of transactions, approvals, and bid outcomes • Provide strategic advice to improve visibility and win rates on GeM Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field • 2+ years of experience working with GeM portal or government procurement systems • Strong understanding of public procurement norms and vendor eligibility criteria • Proficiency in MS Office, PDF tools, and online documentation platforms • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
