About this Position

What You´ll Do

• Take ownership of supporting adhesive product development projects for the automotive industry.
• Plan, execute, and document laboratory experiments, ensuring accurate recording of results.
• Analyze experimental data, draw meaningful conclusions, and recommend next steps.
• Strictly follow environmental, health, and safety guidelines in the lab and during product handling.
• Collaborate closely with application engineering, production, and sourcing teams to develop and enhance products.
• Support manufacturing in maintaining product quality and consistency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments, incorporating feedback to improve results.
• Present technical work in team meetings and, when required, at industry events or conferences.

• BA or MS in Chemistry or chemical engineering or similar
