Job Responsibilities JOB TITLE: Analyst I, GCS Partnership Office REPORTS TO (JOB TITLE) : GCS Partnership Office, Manager JOB SUMMARY Basic problem solving and analysis, learning the business Conduct research, analytics, and documentation support for Managed Accounts under the guidance of senior members Provide technical analytical support for core AI / BI reporting tools in the organisation JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Managed Accounts support Develop a strong understanding of the clinical operations landscape and our Managed Accounts model Account Performance Management: Under the guidance of senior members: o Support account performance tracking, including metrics such as Gross Awards, Pipeline, Revenue, and Operational KPIs o Assist in developing standardized tools and templates to support account planning and performance management o Provide research, analysis, and presentation support for strategic account initiatives Partnership Management: support the partnership management activities including: o Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting o Governance meeting preparation and tracking o Partner engagement and documentation support o Design, set-up and launch for surveys, newsletters etc. o Responding to ad-hoc analytical requests, ranging from bid proposals to reporting for internal decision-makers Reporting & Analytics Enablement Design and build AI / BI solutions to support internal and client-facing reporting needs Support operational data platforms, including Synopsis Rewired and other key reporting systems Assist with technical documentation and continuous improvement of reporting solutions QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Fresh Engineering graduate from any premier institute preferably from IIT or experienced professional from top consulting firms with proven experience in Data analytics and market research. Should have strong proficiency in MS Excel & any reporting tools like Power BI / Tableau. Self-motivated person with strong research and team working skills, analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Understands written and spoken English well. Nice to have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email.
