GCS Partnership Office Analyst

You are invited to join Syneos Health as an Analyst I in the GCS Partnership Office. In this role, you will be reporting to the GCS Partnership Office Manager and will play a crucial part in providing support for Managed Accounts through research, analytics, and documentation. Your responsibilities will include assisting in account performance tracking, developing tools for account planning, and supporting strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in partnership management activities such as Learning Management System administration, governance meeting preparation, and partner engagement. Your role will also encompass designing and implementing AI / BI solutions to meet internal and client-facing reporting needs. You will be expected to support operational data platforms and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting solutions. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools like Power BI / Tableau, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ideally, you are a fresh Engineering graduate from a premier institute or an experienced professional from a top consulting firm with demonstrated expertise in data analytics and market research. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SQL and DataBricks platforms, and a self-motivated attitude are desirable qualities for this role. Your understanding of written and spoken English will be crucial in fulfilling the job requirements.
