Job Description

To be a strong resource by conducting thorough analyses of technical problems, collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution, and providing essential support to teams in configuring and utilizing the tool.

Your key responsibilities

Ensure high-quality in service delivery
Maintain interpersonal skills to engage with peers and other seniors of the firm, in matrixed, geographically dispersed organization and to build a solid network for collaboration and knowledge sharing
Contribute to improving the processes and propose credible options

Skills and attributes for success

Capability to understand an end-to-end process
Understanding of EY delivery methodology for Global Compliance Reporting/Tax Finance Operate engagements
Ability to plan and prioritize work and meet deadlines
Knowledge of data visualization tools and packages such as Excel or Power BI
Basic knowledge on Tax and Accounting

To qualify for the role, you must have

Have excellent quality in service delivery
Ensure the standard operating procedure is followed
Flag the risks appropriately at right time

Ideally, you must also

Have an analytical mindset, quick learner and capability to adapt to a dynamic environment and be able to deliver work in a structured manner
Have the ability to coordinate project activities and work well with different teams including geographically dispersed resources across multiple teams within EY and the client side
Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs

Bachelors or master s degree, preferably Commerce or Business Management
1 - 2 years experience of working in a multi-cultural and team environment
