• Infrastructure as Code (IAC)

• Security Fundamentals:

  Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies.

• Network Security:

  Familiarity with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network segmentation.

• Cloud Security Tools:

  Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response tools in GCP.

• Scripting & Automation:

  Proficiency in

  Python

  or other scripting languages to automate security tasks.

• Communication & Collaboration:

  Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Implement Security Solutions:

  Develop and deploy security architectures, policies, and procedures for GCP environments.

• IAM Management:

  Configure and maintain IAM policies to control access across resources.

• Security Monitoring & Incident Response:

  Monitor security threats and vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and conduct forensic investigations.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

  Ensure GCP environments meet

  security, governance, and regulatory requirements

  .

• Security Audits & Assessments (SCC):

  Conduct vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and penetration testing.

• Documentation:

  Maintain detailed security documentation, including policies, procedures, and configurations.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with

  Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams

  to integrate security throughout the cloud lifecycle.
