Job Description

We are seeking a

GCP Engineer

with strong

data engineering expertise

and proven experience in building

scalable APIs and data pipelines

. This role requires a blend of technical depth in

Google Cloud Platform

and hands-on skills in

Python

and

DevOps

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable data pipelines using BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Dataform, and Pub/Sub.
Develop and maintain Python-based solutions for data workflows and automation.
Build, optimize, and scale APIs and integration pipelines for high performance.
Apply DevOps best practices: version control with Git, CI/CD pipeline management, and automation.
Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of data infrastructure.
Partner with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services: BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Dataform, Pub/Sub.
Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data engineering.
Solid understanding of API development and pipeline scalability.
Experience with DevOps tools: Git, CI/CD.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of ElasticSearch (implementation and optimization).
Experience with monitoring, observability, and cost optimization in GCP.
Familiarity with real-time and batch processing frameworks.
