Gaming Tech Support

Gaming Technical Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to our gaming customers. You will work closely with fellow team members to resolve technical issues, guide gamers through troubleshooting, and ensure an immersive and seamless gaming experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist gamers with troubleshooting related to Lenovo Gaming PCs, Laptops, Peripherals, and Accessories.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to gaming performance, drivers, connectivity, and in-game errors.
• Provide step-by-step technical guidance and ensure customers enjoy uninterrupted gameplay.
• Educate users on gaming system optimization, performance tuning, and recommended configurations.
• Stay updated on the latest Lenovo Legion products, gaming technologies, and industry trends.
• Record all interactions in MSD systems accurately and comprehensively.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and escalation support) to ensure faster resolution.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve gaming support services and product features.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning to expand gaming technical knowledge.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Any degree (10+2+3/4) or Diploma (10+3 or 10+2+3).
• Fresher or 12 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or gaming-related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and passion for gaming.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Previous experience in gaming support will be a strong advantage.

Must have:

• Fluency in spoken and written English & Hindi,

• Strong knowledge of Gaming experience and PC hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, cooling systems) and Windows OS.

• Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM.
