Leads and assists documentation projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting on those projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field. 3+ years of experience creating user-focused documentation for software products. Familiarity with topic-based authoring. Great work ethic and strong communication skills - written and verbal. Communication is key because you’ll be teaming up with engineers & product managers to gather the technical nitty-gritty for your documentation. Hands-on experience in the cybersecurity domain . This is a must-have. Hands-on experience using WordPress or similar CMSs like Joomla or Drupal to create and manage documentation. This is a must-have. Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams. Quick in learning learn new tools and processes, thriving in fast-paced environments. A knack for understanding complex technologies, with bonus points if you’re familiar with cloud security (SaaS) concepts . Comfortable with working on both MAC and Windows PCs . Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in HTML.
