Job Description

We’re hiring a Game Strategy Planner with hands-on experience in the gaming industry to help us build, scale, and optimize our gaming experiences — including planning engaging gaming pools . This includes designing and managing gaming pools, creating innovative user engagement strategies, and working closely with our team to drive player growth and retention. Scope of Work Plan and execute strategic roadmaps for user growth, retention, and monetization. Plan and manage gaming pools (e.g., fantasy sports, prediction-based games, skill challenges) with dynamic entry fees, prize distributions, and formats. Analyze user data and competitor trends to optimize pool mechanics and improve ROI. Collaborate with the product and development teams to align gameplay mechanics with strategic goals. Creating in-app engagement activities like tournaments, challenges, and leaderboards. Requirements Proven experience in the gaming industry (fantasy sports, real-money gaming, casual gaming, etc.). Strong understanding of game mechanics, in-app economy , and user psychology. Experience designing pools or contests for games or apps. Data-driven decision maker with knowledge of analytics tools. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with regulatory compliance for real-money or reward-based games.
