Game Technician

As a Game Technician at PUNO, your role involves managing and maintaining arcade games, bowling alleys, and other gaming equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Install, troubleshoot, and repair arcade games and gaming equipment. - Perform regular maintenance and servicing of bowling alleys to ensure optimal functionality. - Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues with gaming systems. - Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for repairs. - Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth functioning of games. - Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations. - Adhere to safety standards and protocols while handling technical equipment. - Provide on-site technical support during events and peak hours. Qualifications And Skills: - Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field. - 2+ years of experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of gaming equipment, arcade machines, or bowling alleys. - Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. - Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. - Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
