Hi Candidate,

GallagherRe is hiring at Advisor / Senior Advisor Trainer (Sales/Product) in Reinsurance domain for Vikhroli (Mumbai).

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Educates self on relevant processes, training materials, and system functionality to develop, facilitate and support training programmes
• Fosters an inclusive, diverse and safe learning environment
• Creates and/or acquires a variety of procedure manuals, instructional guides, videos, eLearning courses and course materials that are creative, innovative, and used for delivery in e-learnings, in-person or blended modalities to meet end users learning needs
• Coordinates, schedules, and administers training programs and calendars
• Assist operations with technology needs via direct engagement with operations team members
• Identify and document best practices as part of ongoing process to increase efficiencies
• Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with subject matter experts, managers, instructors, and teammates.
• Actively participates in change and transformation related discussions and anticipates the impact of change on training requirements to identify, manage, and mitigate risks for a given change or deployment
• Reviews evaluation feedback and adjusts training delivery style accordingly
• Compile and monitor metrics related to training.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant specialization

Flexible for UK rotational Shifts :- 6 AM to 2:45 PM / 11:45 AM to 9:45 PM and 3 PM to 11:45 PM.(Pick up and Drop provided)
