This intensive program is designed to transform B.Tech/M.Tech final year students into entry-level AI/ML Engineers ready for industry contribution. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA background) combined with proven success in designing and delivering career-focused training programs.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Curriculum Design & ROI Assurance
Conversion-Focused Curriculum:
Design, develop, and continuously iterate a rigorous, project-based curriculum that directly addresses the skill gaps between academic knowledge and the requirements for a successful internship and FTE conversion.
Industry Simulation:
Create training environments and capstone projects that
simulate real-world production constraints
(e.g., MLOps pipelines, latency issues, documentation standards), ensuring students are fully prepared for the internship phase.
Performance Benchmarking:
Establish and enforce clear, objective technical benchmarks and practical assessments that validate a student's readiness to progress from the training phase to the paid internship.
- Training Delivery & High-Stakes Mentorship
Expert Instruction:

Liaison & Feedback Loop:
Serve as the primary link between the students, the internship supervisors, and HR, collecting continuous feedback to refine training materials and address performance issues swiftly.
Metrics Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key program metrics, including training completion rates, internship placement rates, and the ultimate
FTE conversion rate
, to senior leadership.
