Job Summary:

Fundraising Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement

  fundraising strategies aligned with Johar Rides mission and growth roadmap.

• Identify, build, and maintain

  relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, grant agencies, donors, and other funding sources.

• Prepare compelling pitch decks, proposals, and reports

  tailored to different types of funders (e.g., impact investors, VCs, institutional donors).

• Coordinate and manage fundraising campaigns

  , investor roadshows, and partnership meetings.

• Track funding progress

  , maintain CRM or investor databases, and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.

• Collaborate with the leadership team

  to shape financial models and forecasts that support funding proposals.

• Stay informed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 24 years of experience in fundraising, investment relations, grant writing, or business development, preferably in startups, nonprofits, or social enterprises.
• Proven track record of raising funds from investors, donors, or grant-making organizations.
• Strong storytelling, pitch development, and persuasive communication skills.
• Familiarity with startup fundraising processes, financial models, and investor relations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for tech-driven social impact and urban mobility solutions.

Desirable:

• Experience with grant writing and urban mobility fundraising.
• Knowledge of donor trends, CSR practices, and fundraising regulations.
• Event planning or project management experience.
