Fundraising Coordinator

Role Summary:

This is a high-impact role for a motivated and analytical female MBA fresher who wants to build a long-term career in real estate finance and capital markets. You will work directly with senior leadership to coordinate capital raising, manage investor relations, and support financial communication for key real estate projects and funds.

Key Responsibilities:

Support fundraising efforts by creating investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial overviews for real estate projects.

Manage outreach and communication with investors, HNIs, institutions, and funding partners.

Maintain and update investor databases, CRM systems, and capital tracking tools.

Coordinate due diligence processes organizing data rooms, collecting documentation, and responding to investor queries.

Monitor capital commitments, disbursements, and timelines.

Prepare investor reports, portfolio updates, and fundraising progress summaries.

Work closely with finance, legal, and project teams on transaction documentation.

Who We’re Looking For:

Recent MBA graduate (Class of 2024/2025) from a top-tier University/College

Strong understanding of business finance, capital markets, and basic real estate investment principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data presentation tools.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Passion for real estate, investment strategy, and client engagement.
