With the goal of transforming the lives of the underprivileged affected by poverty and hunger, the foundation has provided over 2 million meals to date. Little India Foundation is expanding its mission to foster community engagement and bring positive change to more lives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraiser located in Delhi, India. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies, organizing events, building and maintaining relationships with donors, writing grant proposals, and managing donor databases. Additionally, the Fundraiser will collaborate with volunteers and staff to achieve our fundraising goals and support our community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies
• Event planning and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in writing grant proposals
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors
• Experience in managing donor databases
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, or Nonprofit Management
• Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus
