This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraiser located in Delhi, India. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, coordinating events, writing grant proposals, and maintaining relationships with donors. Additional responsibilities include researching potential funding sources, managing donor databases, and preparing progress reports for management. The Fundraiser will also assist with social media campaigns and community outreach activities to increase awareness and support for the foundation's mission.

Qualifications

Experience in fundraising, donor relations, and grant writing
Event coordination and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using donor management software and databases
Research and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
