Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraiser. The Fundraiser will be responsible for planning and implementing fundraising activities, developing and managing donor relationships, preparing grant proposals, and organizing events. The role involves collaborating with the communications team to create compelling fundraising materials and reports. The Fundraiser will also track and analyze the performance of fundraising campaigns and initiatives to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and managing donor relationships
• Strong skills in event planning and organizing fundraising events
• Proficiency in creating and managing fundraising materials and reports
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and analyzing fundraising performance
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or a related field
