Job Title: Fundraiser Executive (Telecaller)Location: 2nd Floor, H-214, H-Block, Adjacent LOHIA KIA Showroom, Sector-63, Noida Organization Type: Non-Profit / NGO Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role:We are looking for passionate and dedicated Fundraiser Executives to join our NGO team in Noida. As part of the telecalling team, you will be responsible for spreading awareness about our causes, engaging with potential donors over the phone, and motivating them to support our social initiatives through regular contributions. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to individuals and explain the NGO’s mission and ongoing campaigns. Convince potential donors to support the cause via one-time or monthly donations. Handle donor queries professionally and build a positive rapport over the phone. Maintain accurate donor data and update internal MIS sheets regularly. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of donor leads. Meet daily outreach and monthly fundraising targets. Ensure ethical communication practices and follow NGO calling guidelines. Requirements:Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, fundraising, sales, or customer service. Strong verbal communication in Hindi (Basic English preferred). Empathetic, patient, and motivated to work for social causes. Familiarity with data entry and basic MS Excel or Google Sheets. Target-oriented with a professional and ethical approach.
