Are you a financial professional with experience in Fund Administration? We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fund Administrator with 2+ years of expertise to join our team. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with a passion for numbers and an eye for accuracy.

Responsibilities -

  1. Manage the end-to-end fund administration process, including accurate preparation and review of financial reports.
  2. Monitor fund accounting operations such as reconciliations, pricing, and valuations.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, auditors, and stakeholders, maintaining transparent and professional relationships.
  5. Work on process improvements to optimize the fund administration system and service delivery.
  6. Engage in assisting with performance and risk analysis to ensure balanced fund performance.

Requirements -

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).
  2. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Fund Administration or a similar environment.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including Excel and fund accounting software.
  5. Effective communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  6. Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory knowledge in Fund Administration would be an added advantage.
