Role Overview You will be responsible for serving as an ERP Techno-Functional Consultant & Product Demonstration Specialist at Nway Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Your role will involve connecting client requirements with ERP product capabilities and business outcomes. As a key member of the team, you will conduct product demonstrations, gather requirements, map solutions, and support ERP implementations while collaborating with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities - Conduct customized ERP product demonstrations in industries such as Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Real Estate. - Explain functional workflows, key modules, integrations, and solution benefits to CXOs, managers, and end users. - Prepare demo environments, user scenarios, and presentation materials. - Engage with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements. - Map client needs to Nway ERP modules and propose the best-fit solution. - Collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales teams for proposals, RFPs, POCs, and solution presentations. - Assist in designing proof-of-concepts, configurations, and pilot implementations. - Act as a bridge between client teams and internal technical/development teams. - Share client insights, feature requests, and usability feedback with Product Management. - Identify improvement opportunities in demo flow, documentation, and solution delivery. Qualification Required - 25 years of experience in ERP/Enterprise Solutions Sales. - Knowledge of databases, ERP configurations, integrations (APIs), and workflow logic. - Ability to translate business processes into ERP workflows. - Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills. - Strong business process understanding across industries. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and demo platforms. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. - Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and implementations. - Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
