Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for Oracle EBS Solution Delivery ( SCM Oracle Module) - Functional Solution Design, Testing, Deployment & Project Documentation.

Job Profile

• Understands end to end Business Process from the Process Owners
• Facilitate High level and detailed walkthrough of the Process
• Document the assumptions and approach and review with Project manager
• Facilitate process re-engineering and standardization before solution design
• Create the process flow diagram and detailed AS IS Process.
• Update SOP template with the complete details of the Business Process
• Facilitate SOP Sign off by Process owner
• Facilitate Deployment Signoff
• Capture Process requirements, applications involved in the process, Screen shots and Keystrokes to replicate the process
• Arrange Non-Prod environment access and sample data
• Create test cases in line with the SOP
• Review Test cases created by the developers / QA and ensure they are in line with the SOP
• Execute test cases and document defects and observations
• Review UAT test cases and add potential cases
• Support UAT
• Review UAT test cases created by Process owners and ensure they are in line with the SOP
• Monitor kept track of changes that occurs and imitate change management process by evaluating the impact of changes
• Knowledge of JIRA will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of OMS an WMS software platforms will be an added advantage

The right person

• Undergraduate Degree / BE / B.Tech / M Tech with minimum 4 to 6 years working experience in Oracle EBS Solution Delivery SCM Oracle Modules)
• Process reengineering skills
• Domain knowledge in SCM and Warehouse operations.
• Should possess very good communication skills
