Your engagement with us will involve contributing to the development of end-user modules" firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, and conducting analysis and estimations of customer requirements. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building integrations using EIB (Inbound & Outbound), Workday Studio, Core connector (Worker, Benefits), and XSLT. You will interact with business users and collaborate with application teams. Additionally, you will assist the Team lead/project manager by compiling information from current systems, analyzing program requirements, and ensuring timely delivery. Preferred Location: Gurgaon, India Timings: Morning (11:30 am - 08:00 pm) Cab Facility provided: Yes (subject to Transport guidelines) Job responsibilities: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development. - Strong understanding of Workday core concepts, business objects, and relationships between PBO and RBO. - Extensive experience with integrations, calc fields, security, migrations, and various Workday components. - Good coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills. - Proficiency in XSLT, ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Ability to prepare documents, write test cases, and communicate technical information effectively. - High reasoning aptitude and ability to work in a diverse multi-national environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
