Functional Consultant

As a Functional Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing change during the HR digital transformation process, specifically focusing on implementing the Darwinbox HRMS. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering end-to-end implementation of the product with the client, starting from business process mapping to user acceptance testing and ensuring the customer goes live with Darwinbox within the defined timeline. - Analyzing business requirements, designing solutions for various functional scenarios, and preparing presentations for client demos. - Preparing blueprint documents and functional specifications during the business process mapping stage and providing complete solutions to the client for client-specific use cases. - Coordinating with the Development team and superiors to define any change requests from the client and develop solutions for client-specific use cases. - Planning and leading meetings and working sessions effectively with both the client and product development teams. - Providing Key User Training and supporting customers to ensure sign off at each milestone as per the project plan. - Guiding the client through the change management process and managing internal and external expectations. - Offering support to the client throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase before handing over to the Customer Success team. - Mapping the benefits delivered through the implementation of Darwinbox HRMS. - Preparing documentation to hand over the account to the Customer Success team. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Master's Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after completing a bachelor's degree. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR transformation & change management, HCM implementation roles, or HR consulting roles. - Understanding of technology systems, with preference given to those with experience in HRMS system implementation and understanding. - Proficiency in productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
