We are seeking an experienced AvatureFunctional Consultant to join our dynamic team focused on transforming andoptimizing our Talent Technology landscape. In this role, you will takeownership of configuring the Avature Talent Acquisition ATS and CRMplatform , translating business needs into scalable, user-friendlysolutions. You will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and ITstakeholders to enhance candidate and recruiter experience while ensuringplatform stability and alignment with global process standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyzefunctional requirements related to recruiting, onboarding, and talentrelationship management.
- Configure Avature workflows, portals, Onboarding and Offer forms, integrationsbetween Avature and PeopleSoft or any other HRIS systems, dashboards, andautomation rules to meet business and operational needs.
- Translate functional needs into technical configurations within Avature,following best practices and system governance standards. - Conduct system testing, UAT coordination , and release validations toensure solution quality.
- Act as point of contact for Avature-related support, troubleshootingissues and managing resolution through internal or vendor channels.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to deploy new features ,upgrades, and enhancements.
- Maintain configuration documentation, change logs, and training guides forend-users. - Provide training and knowledge transfer to HR and TA teams asrequired.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to improve userexperience and process efficiency. Skills & Experience
Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Avature ATS and/or CRM asa functional or techno-functional consultant.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition workflows, recruitment marketing,and CRM processes. - Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technicalconfigurations (portals, workflows, templates, automation, integrations,permissions, etc.).
- Proficient in gathering requirements, process mapping , and usertesting coordination.
- Experience with agile project delivery or iterative release cycles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the abilityto work with global teams. Desirable:
- Previous experience working with HRIS/ATS/Talent systems in large orcomplex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of integration points between Avature and other platforms(e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, background check vendors, assessmenttools).
- Experience with and recruitment technologies like Smart Recruiters, Taleoor ORC .
