Position: Senior Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the financial planning and analysis process, developing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models to support business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making and performance improvement.
• Oversee cash flow management and ensure the integrity of financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance, risk management, and investment opportunities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• Strong experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial analysis and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for a group.  Ensuring accurate elimination of intercompany transactions, alignment of accounting policies across subsidiaries, and compliance with relevant reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor finance teams in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree - CA or equivalent
• Experience in a finance role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
