Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Working Capital Management:
Efficiently manage and monitor the working capital cycle to ensure liquidity and operational continuity.
NBFC Coordination & Delivery:
Handle financial dealings with NBFCs including loan processing, disbursement follow-ups, and compliance with financial covenants.
Construction Finance Oversight:
Manage funding and financial planning for construction projects including budgeting, cash flow analysis, and expense tracking.
Legal Agreements:
Draft, review, and coordinate legal agreements related to project financing, land acquisition, term loans, and other financial instruments.
Banking Transactions:
Oversee day-to-day banking activities, fund transfers, loan repayments, and banking compliance documentation.
Term Loans & Realty Financing:
Handle end-to-end processing of term loans including due diligence, documentation, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and monitoring drawdowns.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all financial transactions are in compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.
MBA Finance qualification is Must for that role.
