Primary Skills At least 2 Years of experience leading a team of 3 to 5 engineers team for potential end to end application development & enhancement. Lead SCRUM team with SCRUM process and Possess CSM/CSPO Agile SCRUM certifications. Demonstrated proactive Planning, Execution and Value generations Skills. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Strong experience with popular development frameworks such as SpringBoot, React, Angular, Ember.JS with excellent Java, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS development skills Strong experience with Microservices based System design & deployment. Strong Experience building high performance and scalable web services Experience with React and related technologies, such as Redux or GraphQL Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Solid understanding of MVC and stateless APIs & building RESTful APIs A strong sense of ownership for the end product and your work Passionate about writing high quality and well-architected code. Experience with one or more NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or Redis Experience with MySQL or other relational database systems Experience with version control concepts and Git Experience with AWS and AWS Infrastructure, Platform and Services Experience and comfort building cloud-native applications Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication, Presentation, and collaboration skills Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Lead the development of complex applications from start to finish, utilizing Java SpringBoot and JavaScript based App Stacks. Work closely within a small team of experienced engineers to produce high-quality software products on a daring schedule. Demonstrate professional engineering practices including alignment to coding standards, producing design documentation, and supporting integration. Translating design and wireframes into high quality code, with an eye for performance on specific target devices. Write unit test and perform functional verification for the responsible modules Perform code reviews and sanity checks for the code developed
