Fullstack Developer Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Strong ability to

  own and drive technical delivery

   end-to-end.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of

  full-stack applications

   with Node.js (Express.js), GraphQL, and React.js.
• Architect scalable

  microservices-based solutions

   and define best practices for API design and integration.
• Guide the team in implementing

  RESTful and GraphQL APIs

  , front-end components, and reusable libraries.
• Drive

  technical architecture discussions

   and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to mid-level and junior engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality, timely solutions.
• Oversee performance tuning, monitoring, and observability of production systems.
• Champion best practices in

  CI/CD, testing, code quality, and security

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years

   of professional full-stack development experience.
• Deep backend expertise with

  Node.js

   and

  Express.js

   (or NestJS).
• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing

  GraphQL APIs

   (Apollo or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in

  React.js

   (hooks, component design, state management, optimization).
• Solid database knowledge (both

  SQL

   and

  NoSQL

  ) with data modeling experience.
• Strong understanding of

  cloud platforms

   (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure patterns.
• Experience with

  containerization and orchestration

   (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record in

  leading teams

  , performing code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

  , Git workflows, and test-driven development.
• Strong knowledge of

  API security patterns
