Full Time WebCenter Content (WCC) Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) Specialist with strong expertise in on-premise implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, configure, and implement Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) in on-premise environments
• Perform end-to-end WCC implementation including architecture, deployment, and post-production support
• Configure content servers, workflows, metadata, security groups, roles, and permissions
• Customize WCC components using Idoc Script, Component Wizard, and Java
• Integrate WebCenter Content with external systems such as SOA, WebCenter Portal, ERP, or other enterprise applications
• Manage content migration, versioning, indexing, and archival strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and integration issues
• Perform patching, upgrades, and maintenance of WCC environmentsWork closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC)
• Strong experience in on-premise WCC implementation
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Content Server architecture
• Experience with WebLogic Server configuration and administration

Strong knowledge of:

• Idoc Script
• Java / J2EE
• WCC Component Framework
• Experience in integrating WCC with enterprise applications
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with WCC upgrades and migrations
• Exposure to Oracle WebCenter Portal
• Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite
• Oracle certifications in WebCenter or related technologies
