creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven Videographer & Editor
to join our digital marketing and branding team.You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality video content—from social media reels and explainer videos to podcast edits and brand stories—using a mix of raw footage, AI-generated visuals, and online stock content. If you’re passionate about bringing ideas to life through video, this role is for you!🌟 What You’ll Do
- Develop fresh, creative, and highly engaging video content (30–60 seconds) designed for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ideate, shoot, and edit videos from scratch that tell compelling brand stories and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visually stunning campaigns.
- Edit social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with an understanding of platform-specific formats, codecs, and storytelling nuances.
- Work on explainer videos, promotional clips, and podcast edits—combining live footage, AI visuals, stock footage, animations, and sound design.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties, and conduct on-site shoots around Kolkata.
- Design static and motion graphics for posts, ads, and reels that reflect brand tone and aesthetics.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, editing tools, and creative innovations to bring new ideas to the table.
- Optimize all video assets for web and mobile viewing, ensuring consistency in brand look and feel.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years as a Video Editor in a creative agency, production house, or brand marketing team.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or similar tools).
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Canva for design integration.
- Basic understanding of 3D animation, compositing, and AI-based video tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent storytelling sense—timing, pacing, and emotional connection.
- Ability to shoot and edit videos using both smartphones and professional cameras (DSLR/mirrorless).
- Sound understanding of social media trends, viral formats, and Instagram algorithms.
- Personal Traits:
- A creative thinker with an eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Great communicator and collaborative team player.
- Passionate about crafting meaningful, visually rich content.
🎓 Educational Background
- Graduate in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Film Production, or any related field.
- Certification in video editing, visual storytelling, or multimedia design will be a plus.
