Job Title: HR Executive (Full-Time)
Company: Jigsaw Abacus
Experience Required: 2 Years

Job Description:
Jigsaw Abacus is looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage and streamline HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a solid understanding of MIS (Management Information Systems).

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Generate HR reports and analyze data using MIS.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in payroll processing and other administrative HR tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
Knowledge of MIS and HR software.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
