Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an FMO at manufacturing facility based in Surat on payroll of ProMed. The FMO will be responsible for managing occupational health centers, conducting medical checkups, providing first aid, and managing health and safety compliance. The FMO will also deliver health awareness programs and conduct internal audits of medical services.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing occupational health centers and providing first aid
• Strong background in conducting medical checkups and health assessments
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance and regulations of big manufacturing unit
• Experience in delivering health awareness programs and training sessions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Relevant certifications or degrees in occupational health or related field (CIH /AFIH)
