Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatcher at FlyHiTrans Inc., based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily logistics operations. Key tasks include scheduling and dispatching drivers, maintaining communication with drivers and clients, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries. The Dispatcher will also handle any issues or emergencies that arise during transportation and maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation coordination, and dispatching
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using dispatch and logistics software
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or a related field are advantageous
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
