Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Trainer, located in Namakkal. The Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on full-stack development, designing interactive learning modules, and mentoring students. The role includes preparing and delivering technical training content, evaluating learners’ progress, and providing personalized feedback to help them succeed in their career paths. Additionally, the trainer will continually update the curriculum with the latest industry trends and attend discussions with the training team to enhance course offerings.

Qualifications

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Expertise in back-end programming languages like Node.js, Python, or Java, as well as database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and deployment processes
Strong communication skills and an ability to effectively teach and mentor individuals
Capability in designing and delivering interactive learning programs and workshops
A passion for education and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies in full-stack development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Prior experience as a full-stack developer or in a training role is preferred
