Job Description: Full Stack TrainerExperience Required

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Full Stack Development or training.
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct sessions on Full Stack Development covering both frontend and backend technologies.
• Multi-Skill Teaching: Must be interested in learning and teaching more than two skills/technologies to students (e.g., frontend frameworks, backend languages, databases, cloud tools).
• Curriculum Development: Design and update training modules to align with industry standards.
• Student Engagement: Guide students patiently, resolve queries, and ensure smooth learning experiences.
• Practical Exposure: Provide hands-on projects, coding exercises, and real-world case studies.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects; provide constructive feedback.
• Technology Updates: Stay updated with the latest frameworks, tools, and industry practices.
• Collaboration: Work with counselors and the academic team to improve student outcomes.

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in at least two or more technologies, with willingness to expand further:
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue
• Backend: Node.js, Express, Java, Python, PHP, or .NET
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Version Control: Git/GitHub
• Deployment: AWS, Azure, Docker
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
• Patience, empathy, and a student-first approach.
