The Junior Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing and updating training materials, and supporting the training and development of staff and students. Day-to-day tasks include delivering training programs, evaluating the effectiveness of training, providing feedback, and ensuring that learners acquire the necessary technical skills. Qualifications Experience with Technical Training and software development (Java, springboot, React Js, etc..) Skills in Training & Development and general Training Effective Communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Previous experience in a training role is a plus Show more Show less
