Full Stack Team Lead

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of senior backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA engineersDrive the development, maintenance, and optimization of a large-scale, modern fullstack search platformEnsure timely resolution of production issues and incidents across the stackCollaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality, end-to-end software solutionsWork closely with a global team to evolve the platforms architecture and capabilitiesOversee and participate in the release process, ensuring smooth and efficient deploymentsOptimize both backend and frontend codebases and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and availabilityFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team cultureRequirements:6+ years of experience in fullstack development with a strong backend foundation2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead roleProficiency in Java, Spring Boot, object databases, ElasticSearch/SolrSolid experience with frontend technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript, Stencil.js, Svelte, CSS, HTMLExperience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of scalable, high-performance system designExcellent communication skills in English (B2+)Nice-to-have: Python, ETL pipelines, big data solutions, Node.js, test automation toolsSoft Skills:Strong leadership and mentoring capabilitiesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environmentEffective interpersonal and communication skillsAdaptability and a proactive mindsetTeam Information:Agile environment using SAFe, Scrum/Kanban methodologiesFriendly, collaborative team cultureMicroservice architecture with extensive CI/CD automationTools: Git, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence, i3 by Tieto (search backend)
