Job Description

Company Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of front-end and back-end JavaScript developers.
Architect, design, and review scalable full stack solutions.
Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability.
Oversee integration with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
Stay up-to-date with emerging JavaScript frameworks, tools, and trends.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
7+ years of experience in full stack JavaScript development with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js and at least one front-end framework (React, Angular).
Knowledge in Next.js will have added advantage.
Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills.
