Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture, design, and full-stack development; select frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
Contribute hands-on to Angular/TypeScript frontend and .NET Core backend code, REST APIs, and microservices.
Optimize platform performance, latency, availability, and cost efficiency; implement observability.
Ensure SaaS & self-managed platform readiness, multi-tenancy, security, and compliance.
Mentor junior/mid-level developers and share best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and cloud.
Break down requirements into tasks, lead sprint planning, and track timely delivery.
Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Cloud Engineering teams for reliable system delivery.
Maintain high coding standards, testing strategies, and automated testing practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years software development experience; 2+ years in a lead role.
Strong Angular & TypeScript frontend expertise.
Proficiency in .NET Core backend and REST API development.
Experience with AWS services and SaaS platform design.
Solid understanding of system design, microservices, and cloud architecture.
CI/CD, Git, DevOps practices, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS certifications (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate/Professional).
Serverless architecture experience.
Experience with SaaS platforms or large-scale distributed systems.
Experience leading distributed teams.
