The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining dynamic web platforms catering to media, content, and event-based applications. This role demands strong coding skills, in-depth knowledge of CMS and backend frameworks, and the capability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new modules using the latest Laravel framework and ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Customize and implement WordPress themes and plugins, including WordPress CMS setup, installation, and configuration.
• Handle HTML to WordPress and figma to HTML conversions with complete functionality.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities for websites and applications.
• Establish and guide website architecture to ensure strong performance and responsiveness.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure high performance, availability, and manage technical aspects of CMS platforms.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Work collaboratively in a cross-functional, agile development team to deliver quality outcomes.

Job Specifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Laravel and WordPress development (themes, plugins, templates)
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (jQuery), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with CMS architecture, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, AJAX
• Skilled in debugging, performance optimization, and deployment
• Familiar with responsive design, UI/UX, and SEO best practices
• Working knowledge of Git, Bitbucket, and JIRA
• Exposure to Python, ReactJS, NodeJS, Angular, MongoDB, Redis, Magento, or AWS is a plus
• Basic understanding of Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or InDesign
• B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification
