In Office only(WFH or Freelancers not Required for now) Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) – Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile MERN Stack Developer in Office who can independently handle diverse development requirements, rapidly adapt to new technologies, and contribute to robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. Key Requirements: Strong MERN Stack Experience : Proven experience in full-cycle development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Expertise in Node.js & AngularJS : In-depth knowledge of backend development with Node.js and hands-on experience with AngularJS for building dynamic front-end applications. Frontend Development Proficiency : Solid experience in developing modern, responsive interfaces using HTML5, AngularJS, and CSS pre-processors like LESS or SASS. JavaScript Mastery : Strong command of JavaScript for both client-side and server-side application logic. Architectural Design Patterns : Good understanding and practical implementation experience with MVC and MVVM design patterns. Third-party API Integration : Experience integrating a wide range of third-party services and APIs. MongoDB Optimization : Skilled in scaling, indexing, and optimizing MongoDB for performance and reliability. Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge : Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, particularly with Lambda functions and EC2 configuration. RESTful Web Services : Proficient in designing and developing RESTful APIs using JSON and XML formats. Bonus – Angular 2+ : Experience with newer versions of Angular (Angular 2+) is a strong advantage. Bonus – MySQL Performance Tuning : Additional experience in MySQL optimization and query performance enhancement is a plus. Quick Learner & Adaptable : Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and frameworks. Should be a self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and problem-solving. Communication & Analytical Skills : Strong communication, analytical thinking, and logical reasoning to understand complex project requirements and work independently or collaboratively.
