About The Role

We are hiring a Full-Stack Marketer to build and scale our direct-to-consumer growth engine. This role is for someone who understands how physical products are sold online, how consumer psychology works and how content drives purchases.

You will run ads, create content, optimise funnels and directly influence revenue.

This is not a coordination role. This is a builder role.


Key Responsibilities

D2C Growth & Performance

  • Run and optimise Meta, Google and YouTube campaigns
  • Manage product catalogue ads, creatives and landing pages
  • Improve metrics like CAC, ROAS, AOV and repeat purchase rate

Content Creation (Core Focus)

  • Create high-converting content for:
  • Product pages
  • Ads
  • Social media (especially Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Email and WhatsApp flows
  • Script and create short-form videos, reels and UGC-style ads
  • Build content around product benefits, comparisons, reviews and use-cases
  • Create basic graphics and video edits using tools like Canva and CapCut

Website & Conversion Optimisation

  • Own product page optimisation, checkout flow and mobile experience
  • Run A/B tests on pricing, bundles and offers
  • Optimise upsells, cross-sells and post-purchase flows

Brand & Community

  • Build trust through content, reviews, testimonials and social proof
  • Work with creators and micro-influencers
  • Manage content calendars and posting schedules

  • Skills Required

    • Strong hands-on experience with D2C marketing
    • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
    • Comfort in front of the camera or creating video scripts
    • Experience with:
    • Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads
    • Shopify / WooCommerce
    • GA4, Google Tag Manager
    • Canva, CapCut or similar tools
    • CRM and WhatsApp marketing tools
