About the Role

Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, scalable front-end applications using
Angular
.
Build backend services, APIs, and microservices using
Node.js
.
Work with
MongoDB
for data modeling, queries, optimization, and performance tuning.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and debug applications across the full stack.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and product teams for smooth project delivery.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
Work in an Agile environment with sprints, standups, and planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience
as a Full Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in
Angular (8 or above)
.
Expertise in
Node.js (Express / NestJS preferred)
.
Solid experience with
MongoDB
(Mongoose, Aggregation pipelines).
Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, or other messaging queues.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
