About The Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python (FastAPI & Django) and React.js to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You will work on both greenfield projects and legacy system migrations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior engineers.________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and Django.
• Develop and maintain robust frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Design and implement low-level system components with a focus on performance and security.
• Participate in system design discussions and apply both high-level and low-level design patterns.
• Lead and contribute to migration strategies from legacy to modern systems.
• Use strategic debugging practices to identify and resolve production-level issues.
• Take part in agile development processes — sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI & Django) and React.js.
• Strong understanding of GitHub-based development workflows.
• Solid grasp of system design principles (both high-level and low-level).
• Experience maintaining legacy systems and contributing to greenfield development.
• Ability to estimate tasks, break down large problems, and deliver iteratively.
• Skilled in using AI-assisted development tools for coding, reviewing, testing, and optimization.
• Proven experience debugging complex systems effectively.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices.

• Experience in fintech or working with financial APIs.
• Exposure to AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront).
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
