Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of architecture, design, and development of our platform using technologies like (Primary Tech) Next.js/Node (Back-end) & React (Front-end), Database: Firebase/MongoDB/Supabase/PostgreSQL, Elastic Search (Good To Have). The role is focused on the MERN stack, with no requirements for Python expertise.

• Implement API integrations and ensure robust, scalable solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Manage sprint planning, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while maintaining Quality.
• Work closely with stakeholders and collaborate with external partners, including vendors, contractors, and consultants, to align the technology roadmap with business goals and ensure seamless execution.

• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Metabase, Mixpanel to optimize platform performance, enhance user experiences, and improve visibility through technical SEO strategies.

• Establish and enforce engineering processes and best practices while utilizing tools like JIRA for efficient task management and prioritization.

Experience:

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• B2C startup/SaaS (except banks) experience OR B2B (1000+ Users - launched product) experience is required.
• Proven experience in building, deploying, and testing products.
• Exposure to full-stack development (preferred in SaaS or scalable projects).
• Experience working at scaling of Product.
