Full-Stack Developer | 3+ Years Experience | Jabalpur-Based

We're looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architecting end-to-end solutions, developing robust APIs, managing databases, and creating exceptional user interfaces. You'll take ownership of technical initiatives and drive projects from concept to deployment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jabalpur
• Strong foundation in both backend and frontend technologies
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Next.js/React for frontend and Python/FastAPI for backend services
• Build and optimize RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices architecture, and real-time WebSocket connections
• Manage databases including PostgreSQL/MySQL, design schemas, optimize queries, and implement data migration strategies
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead DevOps initiatives including monitoring, logging, and infrastructure automation
