About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with React expertise to join our development team. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and performant web applications that enhance the user experience and drive business value. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React on the frontend. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to define and implement innovative solutions. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs. Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Java and React . Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate. Strong experience in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON. Familiarity with databases such as MySQL , PostgreSQL , or MongoDB . Version control using Git, CI/CD tools, and agile development methodologies. Understanding of DevOps, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Nice to Have: Knowledge of TypeScript and Next.js. Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with GraphQL. Test-driven development (TDD) using JUnit, Mockito, or Jest.
