About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, JavaScript-based frameworks, and enterprise databases like DB2 and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the full technology stack—front-end, back-end, and data layer—and possess experience in modernization projects involving the migration of legacy applications to modern microservices-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Java, and databases like MongoDB and DB2.
• Participate in modernization efforts by refactoring monolithic DB2-backed Java systems into microservices using Node.js or similar frameworks.
• Develop robust back-end services and RESTful APIs in Java and Node.js.
• Create intuitive front-end interfaces using React.js and integrate them with secure, scalable back-end services.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain MongoDB aggregation pipelines for data transformation and reporting.
• Refactor legacy Java/DB2 systems into modular, cloud-ready microservices.
• Design and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and queries in DB2 for performance and scalability.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on GCP, AWS, and Azure depending on the environment and client needs.
• Proficient with Git

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Participate in peer reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to system architecture discussions and improvements.
